Daniel Josh Tschetter, 51, of Cochrane was sentenced on October 7, 2009 to six years in prison and banned for life from driving a comercial truck after causing the fatal crash on Dec. 7, 2007. That is six years for murdering five people while driving drunk. Crime does pay in Canada.
